TERMS & CONDITIONS

Suds On The Go LLC provides mobile vehicle detailing services including but not limited to exterior washes, interior detailing, full details, ceramic coating, and specialty services. All services are performed at the customer's specified location.

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or via our contact form. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Cash App, and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and additional services requested.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows without notice may result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather conditions (rain, snow, extreme temperatures) that would compromise service quality or safety. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds for weather-related rescheduling.

Suds On The Go LLC is fully insured. We take great care with every vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, or items left inside the vehicle. We are not liable for any damage that results from pre-existing conditions or structural weaknesses in the vehicle. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

• Please remove all personal items from your vehicle prior to service.
• Notify us of any pre-existing damage before service begins.
• We are not responsible for damage to vehicles with known pre-existing issues.

By providing your phone number and opting in through our contact form, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Suds On The Go LLC. These may include appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and promotional offers.
